These terms and conditions apply to those who use our products and services provided for, and payment made to Honoré a brand under Greensoul Artisans Pvt ltd.
By authorizing a payment to Greensoul Artisans Pvt ltd through the online payment service, it would be treated as a deemed acceptance to these terms and conditions. Greensoul Artisans Pvt ltd reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the user to have read the terms and conditions before using the service.
The user agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the aforesaid service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the user shall not use a Debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof.
The user further agrees and undertakes to Provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.
The user may pay for his/ her /purchases made to Greensoul Artisans Pvt ltd by using a debit/credit card or through online banking account.
The user warrants, agrees and confirms that when he/ she initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/ her card / bank details: The applicant is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions;
The user is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate;
The user authorizes debit of the nominated card/ bank account for the Payment of products / services selected, along with the applicable taxes.
The user is responsible to ensure that sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the Payment of the dues payable towards products / services selected by the user inclusive of the applicable taxes.
We will not accept any order cancellation requests after the cut off period, which is 12 pm on delivery day.
You can request us for a refund / cancellation prior to cut off period and the amount will be saved in your account as credit with us.
Return of paid amount will be dealt with on a case to case basis and it may take up to 15 days for the process to be completed.
Your order may be cancelled by us in case the product is not available for reasons that are not within our control. We will notify you if this is the case and return of any payment that you have made will be initiated.
In case we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and we will fully refund the amounts for the missing item within 7 days.
In case of damages or you are unhappy with our products, we will either give you a complete replacement or a refund of amounts (within 7 days) as preferred by you.
