  • Unbleached all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, Water, Jaggery, Egg, Butter and Salt.
Shape and size
  • 10 inches long, 4 inches wide and 4 inches tall.
  • 550 gm, about 15 to 20 slices.
Shelf-life
  • 2-3 days at room temperature in a paper bag.
  • Cling-wrapped and kept in the fridge, good for a week.
  • To protect from drying up, keep in cling-wrap, zip lock or air-tight box.
  • Freeze up to 10 days.
  • Follow instructions in the home page to freeze and thaw.
